I received an email regarding a loan application, which I did not apply for. I have left several messages to contact me regarding this.
I received an email from 24/7Lending Group, "Thanks for using our service. We hope we've been able to help you achieve your financing"
My concern is that I have not applied for any loans in over a year, and am concerned about a possible identity theft case.
I have followed their instructions on their website and emailed my concern and contact number.
I have also left 3 messages for someone to contact me in regards to this, without any success.
I have given them every opportunity to assist me to determining whether this is an issue I need to be concerned with or not. If someone has applied for a loan using my personal information, this needs to be addressed immediately.
Desired Settlement
I need to speak to someone to determine if there was legitimate application submitted with my personal information, if so, then there are measures that I need to take to protect my personal identity and financial responsibilities.
I have spoken with the company and they have resolved my concerns, Thank you
They handled my situation with respect and apologetic for not returning my call earlier, due to family related issues.
